One of TEKsystems clients within the downtown Toronto core is currently in need of a
Lead Network Consultant, located downtown Toronto. The ideal candidate will be
responsible for leading our client's Network Infrastructure across the organization.

Core skill set:

- Experience with Core Data Network Architecture/Design/Implementation - Cisco
Nexus/6500 series
- Experience with firewalls - Cisco ASA
- Experience with Network Protocols - MPLS/BGP/OSPF
- Unified Communication experience.


WORK EXPERIENCE
* Leading the Network team consisting of
Architecture/design of global network infrastructure. (Core Data Cisco Nexus/6500's)
* Design company hosting LANs, WANs, and wireless networks, routers, switches,
security appliances and other network devices.
* Build proven and innovative technology approaches to solve challenging business
problems on the Network Security side.
* Ability to solve complex network performance issues and introduce new and improved
designs.
* Lead the Engagement with customers for troubleshooting purposes
* Design and maintenance of high performance switching technology within dense
blade-center datacenter environments.
* Develop documented best practice procedures.
* Thorough Change Management process control

current state & being the lead on new technology changes across the Network. ****
