Hello
The lab PCs in EPH402 all have the Citrix Receiver already installed. When you visit https://vapps.ryerson.ca/

to pick and run a Vapp, you authenticate using your my.ryerson.ca account. You can then choose to install the Receiver but the applet will detect Receiver already installed on the PC and launch it.

for your own PCs refer to:

Cheers, Roger

Hello
For VApps, CCS recommends using the Personal VApps Storage ( V: ) folder over local folders/drives.
Personal VApps Storage ( V: ) is mounted when you login to VApps.
See this doc
http://www.ryerson.ca/ccs/services/software/Virtual_Applications/Working_with_Va pps_files/

If you have trouble with VApps, first check if CCS's website helps to answer your question. Otherwise contact the CCS Help Desk as they administer these Vapps. Contact info is on their webpage (link above).
Cheers, Roger
